So while I was at SNAP a couple weekends ago I got to meet some of my favorite DIY bloggers, Beth and Nick. They are amazing, hilarious and have two of the cutest little girls ever! They blog over at Sawdust & Embryos and some of their projects have inspired some of my projects so I totally think if you like me you'll like them! Anyway. I was telling Beth this story about our kitchen nook floors and how I had been working on them. She asked if I'd blogged about it yet and I was all like ... Read the Post

Printable Tea Bag Tags for Mother’s Day
I am an avid coffee drinker (some might say it fuels me completely) however I know a lot of mom's who love tea just as much. With that in mind I decided to make a quick and easy mother's day gift that is the perfect way to show that special tea drinker in your life that you care about them. I personally am going to be giving this gift to a good mom friend of mine who works long days (and nights) and who I know appreciates a good cup of tea. If you have someone in your life who is a tea drinker ... Read the Post

SNAP 2014 Recap!
Phew! I don't know why it has taken me so long to write this post. Well maybe I do. It was such a whirlwind trip and I came home so completely exhausted. Then I had my birthday on Tuesday. And we have been lucky enough to have a string of 80* days this week, so I've been outside. So basically I've just been living a "normal" life and not blogging. Sorry about that, y'all. I'm getting back into my groove and I will try to share as much as I can from my trip, the conference and all that ... Read the Post

Chalkboard Frame – Pottery Barn Kids Knock Off
Today's knock off is such an easy one that I almost feel bad sharing it! I love to skim through the pottery barn catalog and website looking for inspiration and ideas. A while back I saw this cute little frame. I loved the idea of having a chalkboard frame to write cute little notes or doodles, but with a $40 price tag I knew I could make one myself for far less! I am all about using what I've got so this project started off as two 12" x 5.5" boards that were left over from my ... Read the Post
